A 26 year old blogger who celebrated cop killers and called for the death of District Attorney Seth Williams and Mitt Romney has surrendered to police. The young blogger says that he was simply expressing his 1st amendment rights and that his comments were clearly satire. The distric attorney disagreed and filed charges.
